Daniel C.h. Mah

Daniel C.H. Mah is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory and policy affairs, particularly within the telecommunications and satellite industries. Since January 2009, Daniel has held various senior roles at SES Satellites, currently serving as Vice President, Legal & Regulatory Affairs, leading regulatory initiatives across the US, Canada, and the Asia-Pacific region. With a solid foundation in legal practice from their time at Steptoe & Johnson LLP and King & Wood Mallesons, along with an associate position at the Federal Court of Australia, Daniel has developed expertise in market access, spectrum advocacy, and compliance. Education includes advanced degrees from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from Murdoch University.
