Hermann Schnapperelle

Hermann Schnapperelle is a seasoned professional in internal auditing and governance with extensive experience in leading audit functions across prominent telecommunications and satellite companies. As the Senior Vice President and Head of Internal Audit at SES Satellites since May 2018, Hermann oversees audit strategies and assurance functions for the world-leading satellite operator. Previously, Hermann held senior roles at Oger Telecom, where responsibilities included the implementation of a group-wide internal audit strategy and managing a large internal audit team, and at Swisscom, managing the internal audit setup and compliance. Hermann began a career at PwC, where contributions included leading major engagement audits in the telecommunications sector. Hermann holds a Master of Commerce in Economics and Accounting from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
