Katharina Baumgart has over 25 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on compensation, benefits, and HR strategy. Currently serving as Senior HR Business Partner and Head of HR at SES Satellites since July 2016, Katharina previously held similar positions at SES Platform Services GmbH and SES Astra S.A. Between 2000 and 2010, valuable experience was gained at Sky Deutschland GmbH as Senior Manager in HR Controlling, Compensation & Benefits. Earlier career stages included the role of HR Referent at Vodafone GmbH from 1996 to 2000.
