Patricia Ramos

Patricia Ramos is an accomplished business process management professional with significant experience in driving strategic initiatives within organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Business Process Management in the CEO Office at SES Satellites, Patricia has successfully delivered over 50 projects aimed at enhancing accountability and process effectiveness while bridging gaps between business and IT requirements. Previous roles include leading BPM within the Digital Transformation Office at SES and serving as a Strategic Business Consultant for David MacGregor Music, where Patricia developed a comprehensive five-year business strategy.
