Giuseppe Cerati

Giuseppe Cerati graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Parma in 1988 and was appointed Auditor in 1985. He works as a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor in the context of the Studio Associato Cerati Laurini & Ampollini. He is the founder of the companies operating in the field of fiscal administrative services, statutory auditing and asset management: Parametrica Pension Fund Spa (administrative service for pension funds), Previone srl (Italian auditing firm), Grevision Trust company srl (trustee ). He is an expert in tax, insurance, supplementary pension and real estate matters. He carries out post-graduate teaching and training activities. He holds various corporate positions in bodies of national importance including the Presidency of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the National Conciaria Industry Union, Beni Stabili SpA SIIQ, Vittoria Assicurazioni Spa and Yoox Net a Porter Group Spa; he is a member of the Supervisory Body of the Saras Spa employee pension fund (Moratti Group). He is a member of the Management Board of the OIC - Italian Accounting Organization.
