Previously, Marlene held various roles within the company, including Business Unit Leader, Procurement Specialist, and Category Analyst, contributing to strategic leadership, procurement negotiations, and decision-making metrics development. Marlene's educational background includes a Diplomatura in Administración Avanzada de Compras from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a degree in Ciencia y tecnología de los alimentos from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara. Additionally, Marlene has experience in research through internships at ITESO and CIATEJ, where projects focused on sustainable practices and fatty acid determination.
