Cole Newell has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Cole began their career as a Marketing and Design Manager at Braves Marketing Firm from August 2013 to May 2014. Cole then worked as a Senior Umpire and Supervisor at Olathe Youth Baseball from April 2009 to July 2018. In 2016, they joined Emporia State University as a Sports Information Assistant, where they worked until May 2017.

In 2017, Cole joined ACQ Holdings, LLC, where they held multiple roles including Sales, HR, Marketing, and Recruiter. Cole worked there from July 2017 to May 2019.
