Manabu Nagaoka is the Vice President and General Manager, Japan and Head of Sesame Street English.

An international executive with over 25 years of experience in more than 20 language markets in brand management, international co-productions and other business ventures, Manabu Nagaoka is the VP and GM of Japan and Head of Sesame Street English. As a highly creative and entrepreneurial executive producer, Nagaoka has a proven track record of producing successful IPs and setting up sustainable and innovative content strategies across a variety of properties and media, including feature film, television, music, advertising, theater and digital/interactive media. He has an MA in Education (TESOL) and is trained in cross-cultural and interdisciplinary studies, curriculum design, computer science, and game-play theories.
