Ewa Raczkowska

Ewa Raczkowska has extensive experience in service coordination and management, currently serving as Regional Maintenance Manager at Sescom Polska since December 2015. Ewa has held various roles within the company, including Team Leader of Service Coordination and Regional Service Coordinator, focusing on managing service teams, quality control, planning, reporting, and direct client communication. Prior experience includes a position as Brygadzista at Spółdzielnia Mleczarska Polmek-Maćkowy, where Ewa organized and coordinated daily work schedules, ensured compliance with safety regulations, and handled production monitoring. Ewa began a career in content creation as a copywriter and moderator for QL-Project, contributing to health-related articles and managing social media presence. Ewa holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biotechnology from Gdańsk University of Technology.
