Milena Sarmiento

Milena Sarmiento has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and companies. Milena recently worked at Sesderma as the S&OP and Supply Chain Director, responsible for coordinating strategies and analyzing operational effectiveness. Prior to this, they served as the Corporate Logistics Director, where they implemented policies to improve daily operations and ensure the success of commercial strategies. Milena also worked as the Business Application Manager, leading the commercial applications team and evaluating technological solutions. Before joining Sesderma, Milena held the position of Américas Supply Chain Manager at Quimica Suiza, where they supported the Global Director of Sourcing in performance management and the S&OP process. Milena Sarmiento has a diverse educational background. Milena completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at EUDE Business School from 2016 to 2017. Following that, they pursued a course in Exercising Leadership at Harvard Business School in 2021.
