Sue Shamy, PHR

Sue Shamy, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Sue started their career at Pershing in 1992, working in the HR department. Sue then moved on to PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they served as an HR Manager for a period of seven years. After that, they joined Access Communications, LLC as an HR Director.

In 2010, Sue transitioned to the role of Consultant at Pershing and later joined a staffing company called Leaders in HR Generalist Management as the Founder and Strategic HR Generalist Manager. During this time, they gained experience in managing HR operations and developing strategic HR initiatives.

Sue then joined Rix Pool & Spa in 2012 as a Project Manager. Sue successfully implemented a new business management system, resulting in significant efficiency improvements. Sue also managed four departments and played a key role in recruitment, training, and HR policy implementation.

Later, Sue served as the Office Administrator at Weinberger Law Group, LLC from 2014 to 2019, handling administrative tasks and overseeing office operations.

In 2019, they became the Office Manager at Students 2 Science, Inc., where they worked until early 2020. Sue then joined SESI Consulting Engineers as their Office Manager.

Throughout their career, Sue has demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and HR management skills. Sue has experience in implementing systems, training employees, and achieving operational efficiencies.

Sue Shamy, PHR completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University between 1988 and 1992. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, which they completed between 2009 and 2011.
