Kelly Davis is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at Sessions since January 2022. Prior to this role, Kelly worked as a Talent & Development Partner at Eataly from March 2020 to February 2022, contributing to the unique cultural identity of the brand across 15 countries. Kelly also held the position of Senior Recruitment Manager at Côte Restaurants from August 2017 to March 2020, overseeing recruitment for multiple dining establishments inspired by French and American culinary traditions. Earlier career experiences include Group Recruitment Manager at Prezzo Ltd, Hospitality Consultant at Admiral Group, and Assistant Manager at Davy's Wine Bars & Wine Merchant. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of Lincoln.
