Ana Vardosanidze

Ana Vardosanidze has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ana currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Setanta Sports, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Capital Management at the same company from 2021 to 2023.

Before their time at Setanta Sports, Ana worked at the Bank of Georgia starting in 2016. Ana served as the Head of Talent Management from 2019 to 2021, where they developed and implemented talent management strategies and created a talent-focused culture. Additionally, they were the Young Talents projects coordinator and Talent Acquisition officer from 2016 to 2019, managing the recruitment process and participating in employer brand initiatives.

In 2015, Ana worked at the Free University of Tbilisi as the Head of Career Development Centre, providing support and consulting services to students in their career exploration and development. Ana also established relationships with potential employers and organized trainings and workshops.

Prior to that, Ana worked as a Visiting Lecturer of Business and Economics at The University of Georgia from 2013 to 2015, where they taught and assessed students, provided feedback on their performances, and assisted in course design.

Ana'searlier experience includes being the Head of the Administrative Department at Tabula TV and Magazine from 2011 to 2015.
