Natia Sukhashvili

Natia Sukhashvili has a range of work experience in human resources. Natia is currently working as the Head of Human Resources Department at Setanta Sports since October 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Human Resources Operations at Setanta Sports from September 2022 to October 2023. From June 2021 to August 2022, they served as the Head Of HR administration at Setanta Sports. Before joining Setanta Sports, Natia worked as the HR Manager at adjara.com from April 2019 to May 2021. Natia was also a self-employed recruiter and headhunter from January 2018 to December 2019. Natia has experience as an HR Manager at GDL - ადიდალ from November 2018 to March 2019. Natia has also worked as a Recruitment Manager at europebet from August 2015 to June 2018. Additionally, Natia has held HR Manager roles at Flit Media - Publishing House in 2015 and at HR partners from September 2014 to May 2015. Natia began their HR career as an intern at HR Partners in February and March 2014.

Natia Sukhashvili received a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in 2014. Natia then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Ilia State University between 2014 and 2016. Natia also obtained certifications in Training of Trainers and Effective Management from Mindstream in 2016.
