Robert Machado currently serves as the Dean of Academics at Seton Catholic Schools, focusing on instructional leadership and professional development. Previously, Robert held positions as a Master Teacher and Teacher, managing 5th-grade classrooms and contributing to tech program success. Additional experience includes tutoring diverse students at Varsity Tutors, creating educational content for Newsela, and teaching various subjects at HOPE Christian Schools. Robert has participated in an accelerated teacher training program with the Center for Urban Teaching and worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. A background in customer service includes roles as Shift Supervisor at Starbucks and earlier positions in camp counseling. Robert holds degrees from Marquette University in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Master’s in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Philosophy from Marquette University.
