Ruby Amezquita

Ruby Amezquita has a diverse work experience. Ruby started their career at the University of Notre Dame as a Teaching Fellow and later worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. In 2015, they joined The Partnership for Inner-City Education as an Admissions and Development Associate. Since 2017, they have been with Seton Education Partners, first as a Director of Talent and currently as the Senior Director of Talent & Recruitment.

Ruby Amezquita completed their Master of Education (M.Ed.) at the University of Notre Dame from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the same university between 2008 and 2012. Their fields of study include Education, Political Science, Portuguese and Brazilian Studies, as well as Latino Studies. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Setting Team and Employee Goals Using SMART Methodology" from LinkedIn in September 2020.
