Spencer Bailey serves as VP of Market Access & Reimbursement at SetPoint Medical, focusing on transforming treatments for chronic autoimmune conditions since November 2024. Prior to this role, Spencer held the same title at MicroTransponder from January 2021 to November 2024, where efforts concentrated on enhancing the lives of stroke survivors and securing patient access to the Vivistim® Paired VNS™ System. A strategic medical device consultant from January 2016 to November 2020, Spencer also worked as Director of Reimbursement and Health Economics, delivering market access outcomes for innovative technologies. Previous positions include Director of Global Regulatory Affairs and Reimbursement at AgNovos Healthcare, Senior Manager of National Revenue Cycle at Kaiser Permanente, and Founding Partner at Apex Healthcare Advisory Group. Spencer's career began in management consulting with Ernst & Young and as a Senior Analyst at The University of Vermont Medical Center.
