Irina Smorodinova

Irina Smorodinova has worked in various HR roles throughout their career. Irina started in 2017 at TMG GROUP as an HR Operations & Migration Manager, where they managed HR operations and migration processes. In 2021, they moved on to Advert line as an HR Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing HR operations. In 2022, they joined Intellectual systems as a T&D Manager, handling external training workflows, communication with contractors and department heads, and participating in HR projects. Currently, they are working at SETRONICA as an HR Program Manager since 2023.

Irina Smorodinova attended St. Petersburg University of Management and Economics from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in publishing and editing. However, their education remains incomplete within this field of study.
