Omar El - Anwar

Omar El-Anwar, PhD, PMP, CCP is currently the Director of PM/CM at SETS. Omar previously worked at the NYC Department of Design and Construction from 2017 to 2022, where Omar held various roles including Director of Schedule and Risk Management and Acting Director of Data Analytics. Omar has also worked as an Associate Professor at Cairo University, and held positions at Mountarchitects, Luther Merhom Consulting, and PACER Consultants, among others. Omar holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has a background in Construction Engineering and Management.
