John Settels has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. John started their career in 1987 as the Owner Director of Settels Savenije Group of Companies, where they currently hold the role. In 1987, they also became the Director of SAINT Engineering BV and held the position until 2005. In 1994, they took on the Director role in GACV Software BV, which lasted until 1999. Additionally, they served as the Director of ACV Holding BV from 1994 to 1998. In 2010, they became the Owner Director of The High Tech Institute - leadership in precision engineering & mechatronics and held the position until 2017.

Precision Parts Settels Savenije Precision Parts (formerly Bakker Fijnmetaal) manufactures complex high accuracy mechanical parts and modules for application in many crucial functions in high tech equipment.
