Laura Kate Marshall

Laura Kate Marshall is a seasoned mezzo-contralto soprano with over two decades of experience in classical singing. Currently active as a voice teacher at Settlement Music School since November 2016, Marshall utilizes skills in vocal pedagogy and performance to train singers in the Philadelphia area. Notable theatrical roles include Truvy in "Steel Magnolias" at Stagecrafters, Queen Alonsa in "The Tempest" with Delaware Shakespeare Theatre, and various characters in productions at The Walnut Street Theatre and Feverdream Repertory Theatre. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Vocal Performance and Early Music from Longy School of Music, along with multiple certifications in art studies.
