Kousai Elali

Kousai Elali has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kousai started their career as a Paralegal in Allens, specializing in Competition Law. Later, they worked as a Litigation Project Officer in ASIC. Elali then joined ACECQA as a Legal Officer before becoming a Solicitor in the NSW Workers Compensation Commission. Following this, they served in various roles at The Law Society of NSW, including being a part of the In-House Corporate Lawyers Committee and Human Rights Committee. Simultaneously, Elali joined UTS Faculty of Law as a Casual Academic-Tutor and Subject Marker for Administrative Law. Currently, they are the Head of Legal & Group Company Secretary at Settlement Services International. This progressive career trajectory showcases Elali's expertise and commitment to the field of law.

Kousai Elali's education history includes various degrees and certifications. In 2022, they completed the Company Directors Course, Graduate (GAICD) at the Australian Institute of Company Directors. In 2018, they took the Practical On-the-Job Skills for Company Secretaries (Short Course) at the Governance Institute of Australia. Kousai Elali obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Technology Sydney from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they also earned a Bachelor of Business with a specialization in Marketing from the same university from 2006 to 2008. Kousai'ssecondary education was completed at Birrong Boys' High School from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, Kousai Elali has a certification in Legal Practice Management Course from The College of Law Australia.
