Sara Arias

Sara Arias is currently the Director of New York Operations at Setty & Associates. Sara has over fifteen years of experience in the engineering industry, with a focus on real estate and project management.

Sara began their career in 2005 as a regional vice president at Schnackel Engineers. In this role, they were responsible for the smooth operation of the company's New York office, including strategic planning and growth. Sara also worked closely with clients to ensure their success on projects.

In 2006, Sara transitioned to the Principal Financial Group, where they worked as a real estate consultant. In this role, they provided analysis and advice to clients on a variety of real estate projects.

Sara has been with Setty & Associates since 2016. In their current role as director of operations, they oversee all aspects of the company's New York office, from project management to customer service. Sara is passionate about their work and is dedicated to providing their clients with the best possible experience.

Sara Arias received their Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Sara is currently certified as an EIT (Engineer in Training).

Sara Arias works with Anna Pizzano - Data Scientist Engineer - Level III, Dunstan L. Macauley - Strategic Relationship Officer, and Anastase Ioannidis - Sr. Project Manager. Sara Arias reports to Alexei Zemskov, National Director of Engineering. Some direct reports include Zhen Huang - Plumbing Engineer, Anusha Hazarika - Electrical Engineer - Level I, and Trighunaa Ramineni - Construction Administrator.
