Ruby Jane Antony

Ruby Jane Antony has worked in various roles since 2011. Ruby Jane started their career at Tally Solutions as a Product Manager from 2011 to 2015. Ruby Jane then joined Genpact as a Summer Intern in Corporate HR from 2015 to 2016. After that, they moved to Deloitte as a Consultant in Human Capital from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they are working at Setu as a Director in People Operations and Lead in People Operations.

Ruby Jane Antony holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Bengaluru, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Finance from Mount Carmel College, India from 2008 to 2011. Ruby Jane has also obtained a variety of certifications, including HR as a Business Partner from LinkedIn (October 2018), SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 2018 from SAP SuccessFactors (March 2018), Tableau 10 Essential Training from Lynda.com (March 2018), and a range of certifications from LinkedIn in 2017.
