Kate Linkosky

Kate Linkosky serves as the Human Resources Director at Seubert & Associates, Inc. since February 2024, bringing a strong background in human resources management. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist at Valera Health from September 2021 to February 2024, as well as serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Allegheny County Emergency Services from June 2019 to September 2021. Kate began their career in human resources as a Paralegal for Allegheny County from November 2015 to June 2019. Academically, Kate Linkosky holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Seton Hill University.
