Jonas Rehn has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jonas started their career in 2004 as a Shift Leader for Packaging and Cargo Handling at Yara. Later, they joined Saint-Gobain Weber in 2007 as a Plant Operation Manager, where they managed all operational aspects of the Arboga factory and eventually became the World Class Manufacturing Coordinator after completing a training course in Continuous Improvement.
In 2010, Jonas joined Volvo Group as a Technical Engineer Group Manager, where they served until 2012. Jonas then joined Yara International as a Project Manager for a period of two years, from 2012 to 2014.
From 2015 to 2020, Jonas worked at Rheinmetall Automotive in various roles. Jonas started as an Industrial & CI Engineer OPEX and later became the Manager of Industrial Engineering and Continuous Improvement Departments / OPEX Coordinator.
