Gary Bowman

Gary Bowman has over 20 years of work experience, starting as a Logistics Officer in the US Army from 2000 to 2010. Gary then worked as a Recruiter at Aerotek, specifically for Flextronics, from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, Gary served as a Recruitment Manager at MAXIMUS, a health and human services administrator. Gary then joined Indeed.com as a Sourcing Lead from 2016 to 2017, where they helped clients with their recruiting needs. Gary worked as a Technical Recruiter at Meta, focusing on infrastructure engineering, from 2017 to 2019. Following that, they were the Talent Acquisition Lead at Personify Corp from 2019 to 2020. In 2021, Gary had two roles: a Sr. Talent Researcher at DISCO and a Global Manager of Talent Acquisition at TikTok. Gary later transitioned to become the Director of Recruiting at Seurat Technologies in 2022. Throughout their career, Gary has gained extensive experience in talent acquisition and management.
