Pedro Padilla

Pedro Padilla currently serves as the Sr. Vice President of Operations at Seurat Technologies, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this, Pedro held various senior roles, including Sr. Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Operations at EFI, where responsibilities encompassed managing a global supply chain and operations across 44 offices and seven manufacturing sites. At Tesla, as Vice President of Operational Excellence, Pedro oversaw the successful ramping up of Model 3 production. Pedro's extensive career at PepsiCo included various leadership roles, such as Senior Director of Manufacturing and Warehouse Operations, where oversight was given to a significant operation involving multiple plants and warehouses across the Mid-Atlantic region. Pedro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, earned between 1998 and 2000.
