David Ray is the current Director at Seven Counties. Prior to this, they were the Construction Services Manager at HDR from January 2021 to October 2021. David also has specific experience with the Ohio Turnpike Erie County $11 million bridge repair and resurfacing project, where they performed nighttime inspection and engineering duties. This involved preparing daily inspection reports, material documentation, plan, and specification compliance. David also ran weekly progress meetings, set agendas, and distributed notes. Additionally, they verified day and night quantities on summary sheets and submitted the engineer’s estimate.

David Ray has a Master's of Business Administration from Cleveland State University, a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University, and is certified as a Professional Engineer from the Oklahoma State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers & Land Surveyors, the Kentucky State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation, The University of The State of New York Education Department Office of Professions, The West Virginia State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers, the State of Alabama Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, and the Florida Board of Professional Engineers.
