Harley Lehman has extensive experience in casino and security operations, currently serving as the Lead Casino Shift Manager at Seven Feathers Casino Resort since May 2014. In this role, Harley oversees all casino operations to ensure compliance and efficiency across various departments, including Table Games, Bingo, and Security, while maintaining high levels of guest service and safety. Previous roles at Seven Feathers Casino Resort include Security Supervisor and Lead Security Officer, focusing on staff management and operational oversight. Prior to this, Harley worked at ITT Exelis Mission Systems from January 2007 to September 2013 as a Lead Sergeant, responsible for protecting Federal Government property and supervising shift operations.
