Kathleen M. Jordan

President & CEO at Seven Hills Foundation

Dr. Kathleen “Kathee” Jordan serves as Executive Vice President / Chief Executive Officer at Seven Hills Foundation. In this role, she oversees the programmatic and clinical aspects of nine Seven Hills Affiliates throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island and leads the Foundation’s strategy of managed care. In addition, she is responsible for quality assurance and program improvement, risk management, Clinical Practice Teams, and the Institutional Review Board (IRB).

Kathee has been with Seven Hills since 2003. Prior to her current position, she was Vice President of Advancement from 2006-10. Earlier, she was associated with Boston College and other leading academic and social-services institutions.

In addition to her role at Seven Hills, Kathee is an Adjunct Professor and Capstone Advisor at Clark University, Worcester, where she teaches courses on global health, introduction to health care, and nonprofit management. She speaks frequently on issues related to HIV/AIDS and men at risk, positive behavior supports, and data analytics.

Kathee holds a Doctoral Degree in Health Administration from Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant; a Masters Degree in Education Administration from Boston College; and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism from West Virginia University, Morgantown. In addition, she serves on the Boards of the Association of Developmental Disabilities Providers (ADDP) and Family Services of Central Massachusetts.
