Sarah Kosuch

Sarah Kosuch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in user research and innovation management. Currently serving as Team Lead of User Research at Jimdo since January 2020, Sarah has successfully established a User Research Team that enhances customer centricity across the organization. Prior to this, significant roles at Gruner + Jahr GmbH included User Researcher, Research & Innovation Manager, Head of Editorial Research, and Research Manager, where a strong emphasis on facilitating innovation processes and implementing Design Thinking practices was prevalent. Early career experiences include positions as a Student Research Assistant and various internships in funding, marketing, and research. Educational credentials encompass a Master of Arts in Media Management from Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media, and additional certifications in coaching.
