Chaya Patel is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and implementation management. Currently serving as the VP of Customer Success (Global) at SevenRooms since August 2021, Chaya has also held senior director roles in customer onboarding and support within the same company. Prior to SevenRooms, Chaya worked at ServiceTitan from October 2018 to July 2021, where responsibilities included directing implementation for professional services and overseeing operations in Atlanta. Chaya's earlier experience includes a directorial position at PureCars and a program manager role at Hutchinson FTS. Beginning a career at Kautex Textron as a sales specialist, Chaya earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2011.
