Michael Horvath has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Program Evaluator at the Center for Research Methods and Data Analysis, where they reconstructed, tested, and validated the ARC Self-Determination Scale. In this role, they also acted as a liaison between the Program Evaluation Team and clientele, communicated project goals, and administered surveys for grant evaluation and renewal.

In 2013, Michael transitioned into construction, working as a Carpenter at Benchmark Construction. During their time there, they gained hands-on experience in carpentry.

From 2009 to 2016, Michael held the position of Property Manager at MH Properties, demonstrating their ability to manage and maintain properties effectively.

In 2017, Michael joined Embrace HealthWear as a Machine Learning Engineer. Here, they conducted model selection for time series analysis, prepared data for analysis, and conducted product research and testing. Michael also made recommendations for future product development.

Michael then joined Maxar Technologies in 2022 as a Software Engineer, where they developed full-stack software for the "Crows Nest" project, created new microservices, and implemented testing and deployment processes in CI/CD pipelines.

Most recently, Michael is working as a Senior Software Engineer at SEVENROOMS, starting in 2023.
