Mark Kuleck

Mark Kuleck is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in high-growth organizations in various industries, including environmental services, oil, construction, and other distributed service industries. Prior to joining Inframark, he served as CEO for a $100M private sector-owned construction company within the home and commercial construction industry. From 2015-2020 he was the CFO and then COO of an education technology company owned by Linden Capital Partners, where he helped drive the growth and conversion to a SaaS-based model in preparation for its second private equity transaction. Prior to that, he was CFO and a key member of the executive team that improved and sold Thermo Fluids, the 3rd largest collector and processor of used motor oil in the U.S., from CIVC Capital to Heckman Corporation in 2012. In addition to his corporate experience, he served as a logistics officer in the United States Army. Mark has his bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy and his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
