Marnie Vaughan

Currently Vice President of Human Resources, Marnie has been with Inframark since 2008. She has worked in the HR field for 20 years, with a background specializing in benefits and compensation. She obtained her CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) designation in 2006 and has been active as an officer of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of ISCEBS since 2007. She serves as a Board Member for the Greater Philadelphia Business Coalition on Health and through that partnership was a 2017 Bruce Bradley Fellow with The Leapfrog Group. In 2016 she was named a Top 50 Benefits Technology Innovator by Employee Benefit News magazine; was a 2017 nominee for Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year; and led the Inframark Human Resources Department as finalists for 2019 Delaware Valley HR Department of the Year. Marnie obtained her B.A. in General Studies from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and recently completed an Executive MBA with Quantic School of Business and Technology.
