Roger Dodd Jr.

Roger Dodd Jr. currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Human Resources at ESG Operations, Inc., a position held since June 2014. With a robust background in human resources, Roger held the role of Senior Manager of Human Resources at YKK (USA) Inc. from 2012 to June 2014 and served as Vice President at BLC Hardwood Flooring, LLC from 2003 to 2012, overseeing HR functions for a workforce of over 200 employees. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources and Safety Director and Manager at Piedmont Hardwood Flooring between 2000 and 2003, and developing HR policies for a startup manufacturing company from 1995 to 1997. Earlier in their career, Roger gained valuable international experience as an Assistant English Teacher in Japan and as an English Teacher in Costa Rica. Roger earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Georgia in 1993.
