Donna Marshall

Donna Marshall is a seasoned tourism professional with extensive experience in visitor engagement and destination management. Currently serving as a Senior Visitor Engagement Officer at Severn Trent since March 2019, Donna previously held the role of Regional Project Manager for the English National Park Experience Collection at Peak District National Park from December 2017 to March 2019. In this capacity, Donna focused on creating unique experiences in collaboration with local businesses, highlighting the stories of landscapes and communities. Earlier, from May 2016 to September 2017, Donna worked as a Destination Manager at Visit Nha Trang. Donna holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Studies from Bournemouth University.
