Heather Schneider

Heather Schneider, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and staffing management. Heather is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Sevita, where they oversee recruitment efforts. Prior to this, they worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as the Global Recruiting Manager for Risk, Compliance, and Audit. Heather also has experience as a Staffing Manager at CBRE and as a Vice President and Staffing Manager II at Bank of America. Heather began their career as a Recruiter at UMB Bank. Overall, Heather has successfully managed national recruitment teams and implemented strategic sourcing strategies to meet diversity and inclusion hiring goals.

Heather Schneider, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Human Resources from CMSC. Furthermore, they have obtained both the PHR and SHRM-CP certifications from SHRM in December 2013 and September 2015, respectively.
