Michael Pelletier

Michael Pelletier has over 10 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the mental health and social services sector. Their most recent position was as Regional Director of Operations at Sevita since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as Chief Operating Officer at Marblehead Counseling Center from March 2021 to March 2023. Michael also held roles as Program Director at The MENTOR Network from December 2019 to March 2021, Program Manager at North Suffolk Mental Health Association from April 2019 to December 2019, Program Director at Communitas, Inc. from March 2018 to April 2019, and Program Director at NFI Massachusetts, Inc. from April 2016 to March 2018. Michael started their career as an Assistant Program Director at Lahey Health Behavioral Services in March 2012, where they successfully managed resources, implemented quality standards, and oversaw administrative functions.

Michael Pelletier earned a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix from 2015 to 2017. Michael later pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration from the same university from 2019 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Michael obtained various certifications including Leading through Relationships from LinkedIn (expected in 2023), Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official from the Massachusetts Office of the Inspector General (obtained in December 2022), and Inclusive Leadership: The Power of Workplace Diversity from the University of Colorado (obtained in 2021). Michael also obtained certifications in Fundamentals of Financial Accounting from Alison, Nonprofit Essentials from Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation, Project Management in Practice - Monitoring, Controlling and Change Management from Alison, Fundraising for the Non-Profit from Alison, and became a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success (all obtained in 2021). Lastly, Michael became a Human Rights Officer for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2019 and a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Trainer from Cornell University in June 2014.
