Natan Schneider-Gans has extensive work experience in the mental health field. Natan started their career as a Program Coordinator at Samost Jewish Family and Children's Service, where they coordinated The Soups and Sweets Culinary Training Program for individuals with special needs. After that, they worked as an Intensive In-Community Therapist at LITTLE HANDS FAMILY SERVICES for a brief period. Natan then joined Youth Consultation Service (YCS) as a Resident Assistant and later as a Clinician and Program Director. In 2018, Natan joined South Jersey Behavioral Health Resources as an Outpatient Therapist, a role they held until 2022. Currently, they work as the Clinical and Nursing Director at Sevita.

Natan Schneider-Gans, LPC completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Counseling Psychology from Rosemont College in the years 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stockton University, which they attended from 2006 to 2010.
