Natan Schneider-Gans has extensive work experience in the mental health field. Natan started their career as a Program Coordinator at Samost Jewish Family and Children's Service, where they coordinated The Soups and Sweets Culinary Training Program for individuals with special needs. After that, they worked as an Intensive In-Community Therapist at LITTLE HANDS FAMILY SERVICES for a brief period. Natan then joined Youth Consultation Service (YCS) as a Resident Assistant and later as a Clinician and Program Director.
