Susan has held various leadership positions, including the role of VP Total Rewards and HR Operations at Sevita, where they oversee employee rewards alignment with business goals. Prior to that, they served as Vice President, Total Rewards at Sevita, responsible for benefit and compensation plans for the company's large workforce.
Before joining Sevita, Susan worked as a Senior Director of Benefits at Staples, managing the health, wellness, life, and retirement programs for the company's employees. Susan also has experience as the Head of Benefits for the State of Rhode Island, where they oversaw employee and retiree benefit programs and collaborated with various internal and external stakeholders.
Susan's career began with their role as a Judicial Clerk to the Supreme Court, followed by a position as a Senior Attorney.
