Tina Anastasiow

Tina Anastasiow, SPHR has over 25 years of experience in the field of benefits management. Tina is currently working as the Director of Benefits at Sevita, where they oversee the strategic planning, design, and administration of various benefit programs for over 40,000 employees. Their responsibilities include analyzing program performance and alignment with company philosophy, maintaining compliance with regulations, managing vendor relationships and contracts, and supporting professional development and succession planning for their team. Prior to joining Sevita, Tina held the position of Director of Benefits at MGM Resorts International and First American Financial Corporation. Tina also worked as an Associate at Mercer and as a Benefits Manager at Ameriquest Mortgage Company.

Tina Anastasiow, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with an Emphasis in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. In addition, they have obtained the Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS) certification from the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) in March 2017, as well as the SPHR certification from SHRM in 2012.
