Joel Figgs

Joel Figgs serves as the Director of Student Support Services at Seward County Community College since November 2018. Previously, Joel held positions such as Vice President of Enrollment and Executive Director of Admissions at Central Christian College of Kansas, and Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Services at Cloud County Community College, where responsibilities included oversight of admissions, retention, and student services, managing substantial operational budgets, and evaluating student satisfaction. Joel's career also includes experience as Dean of Enrollment Management and Division Director for Math & Sciences at Redlands Community College. Joel holds a Master of Science in Counselor Education and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Emporia State University.
