Petr Passinger has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2005 as a Software Tester with IBA CZ. Petr then moved to Mendel University in Brno in 2008 as a Technical Employee for Education. In 2007, they joined Kentico Software, where they held multiple roles, including Product Owner of the Internal Team, Sales Operation Leader, Territory Sales Manager, and Marketing Evangelist. In 2016, they joined NetSuite as a Senior Product Manager, and also held a Business Development Director role at CleverAnalytics. Since 2018, they have been the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Sewio Networks s.r.o., where they are responsible for the global marketing strategy and its execution and leads a team of four members and four subcontractor companies. During their time at Sewio Networks, they have achieved impressive growth in MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) and has helped the company to be named a Customers' Choice in the 2020 Gartner Peer Insights, and be positioned in the 2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Indoor Location Services.

Petr Passinger began their educational journey in 2003 when they attended Mendel University in Brno to pursue a Bc in System Engineering - Economic Informatics, which they completed in 2006. Petr then participated in an exchange program at Kasetsart University, obtaining an MBA in 2005. Petr returned to Mendel University in Brno in 2006 and completed an Ing in System Engineering - Economic Informatics in 2008. Prior to this, they attended Gymnázium Brno, třída Kapitána Jaroše. In 2016, they obtained a Kentico 9 Marketing Certification from Kentico Software.
