Courtney Alsbury, MLIS, currently serves as Library Manager at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where responsibilities include performing complex legal research for approximately 125 attorneys across three West Coast offices and synthesizing research findings to support various legal practices. Prior experience includes a role as Legal Secretary at Covington & Burling LLP, providing support in corporate litigation and regulatory counsel, and multiple positions at Benton County Prosecutor's Office, including Appellate Paralegal and Law Librarian, where Courtney managed libraries, conducted legal research, and facilitated training. Earlier roles also encompass extensive legal secretarial support in family law, civil litigation, and other areas. Courtney holds a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Washington, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Psychology from Washington State University, and an Associate of Arts from Columbia Basin College.
