Baptiste Baille has a diverse range of work experience. Baptiste started their career as a Sales Associate at Zara, a company under Inditex, in January 2013. After leaving Zara, they joined H&M in July 2013 as a Sales Advisor and eventually worked their way up to become a Department Manager in January 2014. Baptiste then became a Global Flagship Talent Store Manager in September 2016 and held that position until March 2018. From there, Baptiste became a Store Manager for the top 5 area at H&M from April 2018 until July 2019. Baptiste then moved to SÉZANE in July 2019 as the Store Director for Le Bon Marché until July 2020. Baptiste then took on the role of Pole Manager for clienteling/digital ambassadors from July 2020 until November 2021. Baptiste was promoted to Head of Client Service EMEA at SÉZANE in May 2021 and held that position until May 2023. Additionally, they also took on the role of Head of Influencer Marketing (unpaid) at SÉZANE from May 2023 onwards.
