Matthew Sedlacek

Matthew Sedlacek is an experienced Engineering Manager at Sezzle, having progressed through various software engineering roles since February 2021. Key accomplishments include developing an AWS file uploader for bank servicing, creating an automated invoicing microservice, and leading a high-performing team. Prior to Sezzle, Matthew enhanced financial processes at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. and ROOT SPORTS - NORTHWEST through analytical roles, and gained foundational technical skills during a software engineering program at Flatiron School. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Washington State University and has a solid background in financial analysis and software development.
