Sydney Robertson, CCP is currently the Director of HR Operations at SF Bay Goodwill. Prior to this role, Sydney worked as a Compensation Manager at Rocket Companies where Sydney strategized compensation plans and managed a team of analysts. Sydney started their career as an Admissions Ambassador at Olivet Nazarene University and also worked as a Metrics Analyst Intern at Rocket Companies. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Olivet Nazarene University.
SF Bay Goodwill
With the support of our entire community, we create life changing opportunities through training and the power of work. Goodwill SF Bay serves thousands of people in our community every year who are emerging from military service, incarceration, homelessness, recovery from addiction – or simply lacking education or job skills. We provide no cost career services, job training and connections to jobs at Goodwill or one of our 334 employer partners. Goodwill relies on a combination of material and financial donations. While many nonprofits must raise 100% of their operating and program budget, our employment social enterprise allows us to leverage every item donated through our 33 donation centers and purchased at one of our 34 stores, 2 warehouse outlets or online - to generate 85% of the revenue we need. This leaves a gap of 15% to be raised through philanthropy and government support.
