With the support of our entire community, we create life changing opportunities through training and the power of work. Goodwill SF Bay serves thousands of people in our community every year who are emerging from military service, incarceration, homelessness, recovery from addiction – or simply lacking education or job skills. We provide no cost career services, job training and connections to jobs at Goodwill or one of our 334 employer partners. 

Goodwill relies on a combination of material and financial donations. While many nonprofits must raise 100% of their operating and program budget, our employment social enterprise allows us to leverage every item donated through our 33 donation centers and purchased at one of our 34 stores, 2 warehouse outlets or online - to generate 85% of the revenue we need. This leaves a gap of 15% to be raised through philanthropy and government support.

The Product and Project Management team at SF Bay Goodwill is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing programs and initiatives that further the organization's mission of creating life-changing opportunities through training and employment. This includes overseeing reentry services for those transitioning from incarceration, strategizing product-related operations to maximize the impact of donations, and ensuring alignment between program goals and operational execution. Through their effort, they bridge the gap between community needs and organizational capabilities, driving sustainable growth and success in job training and career services.
